The hotel room was spacious with separated 'walk in closet' and bathroom featuring modern and sleek design. However, the room felt run down and not at all like an international hotel due to old furnishings, a moldy smell, and flies. The service was very helpful and knowledgeable, offering warm hospitality throughout our stay. The location was not as bad as a previous visit but a bit far from local food options. The dining experience was passable but could use more variety. The facilities were adequate with room for improvement in certain areas.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment. However, the lingering smell of smoke upon arrival was quite off-putting. The service was friendly, especially from the Kids Club, but there were some management weaknesses noticed. The location was fantastic with a beautiful sea view and sunsets, although it was a bit far from the main road for easy dining options. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with great food choices but still dealing with flies. The facilities were good overall, but improvements could be made.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The young citizen game room was a hit with my family, and the spacious rooms were a great place to relax.
